The barcoding protocol within Ralstonia
For identification of the Ralstonia species and the R. solanacearum phylotypes, a partial sequence of the Egl gene of approximately 840 bp is amplified using Egl primers (Wicker et al., 2007) with a M13-tag and sequenced using M13 primers.
